Responsibilities
- Proactively prospect and engage potential customers using proven outreach strategies.
- Identify prospect needs, challenges, and goals.
- Qualify and route sales-ready opportunities to the appropriate sales representatives.
- Consistently achieve weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance targets.
- Support strategic sales and marketing initiatives as needed.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in a sales-driven or customer-facing environment.
- Collaborative: Partner seamlessly with sales, marketing, and cross-functional teams.
- Customer-Focused: Take the time to understand customer pain points and align them with the right solutions.
- Agile: Adapt quickly to evolving processes, tools, and product offerings.
- Communicative: Convey ideas clearly in both written and verbal interactions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
