Business Development Representative
About the role
Experienced Business Development Representative with food service industry experience strongly preferred. Cincinnati, Ohio (Remote/Hybrid). 2+ years outbound BDR/SDR experience required. Skills
- Ability to generate meetings, not just log activity
- Stay consistent when prospects go quiet
- Take coaching and apply it fast
- Personalize outreach — avoid relying on scripts
- Comfortable with phone outreach and CRM usage
Benefits
