About This Position
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our fast-growing company. As a BDR, you will be crucial in identifying and qualifying potential leads, generating new business opportunities, and supporting our sales team in achieving revenue targets. The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for building relationships with prospects. What You'll Do
- Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively engage with prospects and build rapport.
- Handle objections and rejection professionally and persistently.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all activities, interactions, and prospecting details in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective strategies for lead generation and pipeline development.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to effectively position our EOR services and differentiate our offerings.
- Participate in team meetings, share insights, and contribute ideas to enhance sales and lead generation processes.
- Meet or exceed monthly targets for qualified leads, meetings scheduled, and revenue generated.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- 2+ years sales or lead generation experience.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing opportunities.
- Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in using sales tools and technologies.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, supporting sales initiatives and goals.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of the Employer of Record industry, HR outsourcing, or related services is a plus.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changes and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Pay
The annual gross base salary range for this position is $45,600 - $57,000 plus variable compensation. Our ranges are established using objective market benchmarking data for this level of work. Final placement within the range is determined by gender-neutral criteria, including the candidate's relevant skills, experience, and specific qualifications for the role. Actual compensation for this position may vary and will depend on multiple factors such as relevant qualifications, experience, education, and geographic location.
