About the position
We're looking for a talented Business Development Representative with 1-3 years of experience to join our company to provide support to our sales teams.
Responsibilities
- Identify high-potential government customers and execute outbound strategies to connect them to ForerunnerMove leads through the funnel, arranging meetings with an Account Executive
- Develop and lead campaigns from idea-generation through to qualified calls and determine how best to scale them
- Partner with Account Executives at Forerunner to build strategies and prospect into designated accounts
- Effectively work through lead list meeting/exceeding SLAs, consistently update activity and contact information within the CRM system and support weekly reporting effort
Requirements
- Demonstrable proficiency solving ambiguous problems
- An analytical individual who enjoys creating structure where there is none, tackling problem solving creatively, and working collaboratively to achieve goals
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- An eye for detail
- A strong interest in climate adaptation and technology

Pay
The base pay for this position is $50,000-$80,000 annually with an OTE of $80,000-$110,000.
