Business Development Representative

About The Role

Empire Today® for Business (E4B) is hiring an Account Executive who’s ready to earn up to and beyond $200,000+ and have fun doing it. Our top Business Development Representatives are already exceeding that mark, and we’re looking for someone who wants to join a winning team and keep raising the bar.

What You’ll Do

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and relationship building.
• Own the full sales cycle from discovery to close and project execution.
• Build and manage long-term client relationships across multiple industries (multifamily, restoration, commercial, etc.).
• Partner cross-functionally with operations and project teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Maintain accurate pipeline activity and forecasting within CRM systems.
• Drive account growth through consistent engagement, follow-ups, and business reviews.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in business development, outside sales, or account management.
• Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and opportunities simultaneously.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
• Experience in flooring, construction, restoration, or related industries is a plus.

Compensation & Earning Potential

$70,000 annually plus bonus proven commission structure. Multiple six-figure earning opportunities through commissions and bonus incentives. Uncapped earning potential tied directly to performance.
