Job Summary

E2M is a white-label digital agency partner that helps over 400+ digital agencies across the US, UK, Canada, Europe, and Australia scale profitably. We specialize in various services including Website Design & Development, WordPress, SEO, PPC, AI Services, Shopify & Ecommerce, UI/UX, Content Marketing, and Dedicated Teams. Our mission is to help agency owners grow faster by becoming their trusted white-label fulfillment partner.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to inbound leads from webinars, website inquiries, referrals, lead magnets, events, and partner communities.
  • Prospect digital agencies using phone calls, emails, LinkedIn, SMS, and other outbound channels.
  • Identify and qualify agency owners based on E2M's Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
  • Schedule qualified discovery meetings for the Account Executive team.
  • Re-engage dormant leads, inactive opportunities, and no-show appointments.
  • Confirm scheduled meetings to maximize attendance and conversion.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, activity logs, notes, and follow-up tasks.
  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing and Sales teams to improve messaging, campaigns, and conversion rates.
  • Consistently build a healthy pipeline through daily outbound and inbound activities.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as a Business Development Representative (BDR), Sales Development Representative (SDR), or Appointment Setter.
  • Experience in B2B sales or lead generation.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls and conducting multi-channel outreach.
  • Excellent follow-up, organization, and time management skills.
  • Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly with agency owners and decision-makers.
  • Strong ownership, discipline, and willingness to learn through coaching.
  • Experience selling agency services, SaaS, or digital marketing solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms.
  • Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and outbound prospecting tools.
  • Familiarity with AI productivity tools to improve prospecting efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Comfortable making 100+ outbound calls daily.
  • Can consistently execute 100+ personalized outreach messages through LinkedIn, email, and other channels.
