About the role

A Business Development Representative will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the Philadelphia market. This position will work closely with the sales team to develop and execute strategies that drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify leads through various channels including cold calling, email outreach, and networking events.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in target accounts.
• Present company solutions to potential clients, providing detailed demonstrations and presentations.
• Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless handoff of prospects and follow-up.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or business development.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
