About the role
Daxko builds the software that powers fitness, wellness, and community organizations. As a Business Development Representative, you will engage with potential customers, understand their needs, and showcase how Daxko’s software can benefit them.
Responsibilities
- Own inbound and outbound lead engagement from first contact to booked demo
- Lead consultative discovery calls that uncover real business needs and qualify the right opportunities
- Partner with Account Executives to schedule product demonstrations and set up meetings for success
- Manage and nurture a lead pipeline through Outreach cadences, keeping prospects engaged throughout the sales cycle
- Contribute to team messaging, outreach strategy, and goal-setting conversations
- Hit and exceed weekly and monthly activity targets for calls, emails, and meetings booked
- Keep clean, detailed records in Salesforce and Outreach so nothing slips through the cracks
Requirements
- Strong communication skills and a genuine ability to build rapport with people you've just met
- Organizational habits that let you manage multiple conversations at once without dropping the ball
- Comfort picking up new tools and technology quickly
- A resilient, goal-oriented mindset that turns rejection into motivation
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- 6 months to 1 year of sales or customer-facing experience
Qualifications
- Nice to have: 1+ year of experience in SaaS sales or a business development role
- Familiarity with Salesforce or Outreach
- Background in the fitness or wellness industry
Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Pay
The on-target-earnings (OTE) for this role is $47,360 – $58,680 per year.
