About the role
Supports Ops Execution (Zenput) team at Teamworx. Responsible for implementing and maintaining operational tasks and audits.
Responsibilities
- Equip teams with operational tasks and audits
- Monitor and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operations and reduce costs
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant operations or similar field
- Strong understanding of labor laws and compliance requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Experience with kitchen management systems and labor scheduling tools
- Knowledge of AI forecasting and inventory management systems
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
