About the role

Your mission is to connect with ambitious professionals who are exploring financial freedom through business ownership. You’ll engage warm leads from our community—people who’ve read Main Street Millionaire, downloaded resources, or attended events—and guide them toward consultation calls with our advisory team.

Responsibilities

  • Engage warm leads through calls, texts, and emails to qualify interest and schedule consultation calls
  • Understand each prospect’s goals, challenges, and timeline related to business acquisition or taking their existing business to new heights
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure seamless handoff to the Senior Program Advisors
  • Collaborate with marketing to improve lead quality and conversion rates
  • Aid in shaping tech stack strategy and process optimization
  • Represent the Contrarian Thinking brand with empathy, integrity, and confidence

Requirements

  • 1–3+ years of experience in sales, customer success, or community growth roles
  • Strong communication skills—comfortable on the phone and via video
  • Curious, coachable, and motivated by performance-driven environments
  • Organized and data-oriented; loves improving process and conversion
  • Passionate about entrepreneurship, small business, or investing
  • A team player who thrives in a fast-moving, high-accountability environment

  • Ability to build relationships and drive conversions
  • Experience working with and understanding business owners and entrepreneurs
