The Business Development team at Braze shapes future revenue success every day. BDRs are key players who identify, understand, and help potential customers build, enhance, or transform their customer engagement offering.
Responsibilities
- Research accounts and develop communication plans to generate new business opportunities.
- Manage meetings and bring in internal stakeholders as needed.
- Conduct high-level conversations with C-suite executives to understand and qualify opportunities.
- Deliver value-oriented pitches and solution demonstrations.
- Generate the volume and value of deals required to hit your quota.

Pay
The pay range for this position at the start of employment is expected to be between $45,000 and $54,000/year with an expected On Target Earnings (OTE) between $75,000 and $90,000/year (including bonus or commission).
Schedule
BDRs have a hybrid schedule, requiring a minimum of 3 days a week in the office.
