Responsibilities
- Research and identify prospective clients using CRM, prospecting, and outreach tools
- Generate new sales opportunities through cold calls, email, and social outreach
- Qualify leads and identify the right fit for Blayzer's services
- Build and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects in our CRM
- Set meetings and calls between prospective clients and our sales team
- Develop long-term relationships with prospects through consistent, thoughtful follow-up
- Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
- Report on weekly, monthly, and quarterly pipeline activity
- Collaborate with the sales team to refine outreach strategies and lead generation approaches
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a related role
- Background in digital agency, ecommerce, or related tech/platform sales is a strong plus
- Familiarity with digital marketing, web design, or agency services
- Experience with CRM platforms; Zoho CRM experience is a plus
- Comfortable with prospecting tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Strong communication skills by phone and email
- Self-starter who can manage a pipeline and prioritize outreach without heavy oversight
- Organized with consistent follow-through
- Collaborative. Works well with a small, experienced team
