Core Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound leads on phones, email, chat, form fills and other marketing sources
  • Proactively follow up on leads via phone, email, and text to schedule consultations and service appointments
  • Work from lead lists, open estimates, and “not sold” jobs to re-engage potential customers
  • Track and report on call outcomes and conversion metrics
  • Cookordination sales technician schedules, optimize routes, and manage real-time changes
  • Communicate job details clearly with both field crews and customers
  • Maintain job status in ServiceTitan and ensure jobs are moving through the workflow efficiently
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in a customer service, dispatch, or outbound calling role
  • Proficiency with ServiceTitan, RingCentral, and Microsoft Office (or equivalent CRM/dispatch systems)
  • Clear and confident verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail, especially when managing multiple calendars and call follow-ups
  • Comfortable working independently while coordinating with field and office team
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management
  • Strong interpersonal skills — ability to work closely with crews, customers, and leadership
  • Experience in home services, construction, or trades (plumbing, HVAC, roofing, foundation repair, etc.)
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
  • Familiarity with KPIs like call-to-appointment rate, booking rate, and technician efficiency

Qualifications

  • Sitting, standing, walking, bending, reaching, and using a computer or phone for extended periods
  • Lifting, carrying, or moving routine office supplies, packages, and files up to 30 pounds
  • Navigating office areas, storage areas, and common spaces
  • Driving locally for business-related errands as needed
  • This role may require occasional local travel during the workday to run errands, deliver or pick up documents, obtain supplies, or visit shipping locations
  • The workday may include interruptions, shifting priorities, phone calls, document handling, and time-sensitive administrative requests

Pay

$50,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience
