Responsibilities

  • Initiate contact with new leads without needing external prompts as a proactive BDR.
  • Drive high-volume outbound outreach through 100+ daily calls and strategic prospecting via LinkedIn and email to build a robust pipeline and generate quality opportunities.
  • Build strong relationships with prospects, prioritizing meaningful connections over quick sales.
  • Collaborate with team members, sharing successful strategies and supporting team goals.
  • Work closely with Account Executives and Marketing to shape your territory planning and account strategy as a BDR.
  • Adapt to changes in team dynamics, leadership, or roles while maintaining productivity.
  • Articulate value propositions and product benefits to enhance the quality of phone interactions, ensuring prospects understand the message clearly.
  • Qualify leads, handle objections, and manage complex sales situations to drive sales success.

This is a hybrid role with in-office work mode Tuesday through Thursday at our beautiful Draper campus. We are growing rapidly, and with success in this BDR role, you can unlock multiple growth pathways for your career in sales.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years' experience as an SDR or BDR identifying and qualifying sales opportunities while articulating product value propositions via phone and email preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance targets set for BDRs.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to articulate value propositions effectively.
  • Proven history of teaming up with Account Executives or similar cross-functional partners to drive outcomes.
  • Strong organizational skills to keep detailed records and prioritize tasks.
  • High emotional intelligence to build rapport and maintain professionalism during conflicts.
  • Ability to achieve monthly performance KPIs and opportunity creation quotas for BDRs.
  • Coachability—willingness to incorporate feedback and grow sales skills.
  • Great attitude, high motivation, and a passion for growth.
  • Available to attend in-office training during the initial onboarding period (first two weeks) to support ramp and early success.
