As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales within a defined geographic region by offering products, services, and solutions aligned with customer needs. You will collaborate with technical sales support and internal teams to deliver value-driven solutions and foster strong customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Driving sales of products, services, and solutions within an assigned geographic region.
- Managing customer relationships and handling diverse client portfolios across the territory.
- Applying technical knowledge to support product offerings and provide customized solutions within established guidelines.
- Collaborating with technical sales and support teams to achieve sales targets and ensure successful delivery.
- Contributing to pricing frameworks, commercial conditions, and negotiations with customers.
- Leading sales efforts for medium to large opportunities and supporting deal closure.
- Coordinating multiple sales initiatives and projects simultaneously to meet business objectives.
- Supporting regional sales strategies and ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
Requirements
- Have a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college, or a high school diploma/GED with at least 4 years of relevant sales experience.
- Have a minimum of 3 additional years of experience in sales.
- Have strong oral and written communication skills.
- Have strong interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Have the ability to lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact.
- Have the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
- Have strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational capabilities.

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing diverse client portfolios.
