Duties/Responsibilities
- Possessively call targeted businesses to generate interest in Aqueity's services.
- Qualify leads and set appointments for the sales team.
- Follow up with webinar attendees, event leads, and other inbound or outbound initiatives.
- Collaborate with marketing and internal subject matter experts to improve messaging and outreach strategies.
- Represent Aqueity professionally in the marketplace and communicate our value proposition clearly to prospective clients.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, activity tracking, and pipeline updates to support reporting, forecasting, and performance management.
- Engage decision-makers at target organizations with persistence, professionalism, and strong follow-up discipline.

- Comfort speaking with executives and business leaders.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain consistency in outreach.
- Curious and coachable to continuously build knowledge of our target market, Aqueity’s offerings, and sales techniques.
- Demonstrated ability to understand and communicate IT services or technology solutions, with a passion for technology.
- Proven track record of meeting activity goals, lead generation targets, or appointment-setting metrics.
- Resilient and motivated by challenges; thrives in a goal-driven environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in technology, business, sales/marketing or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven B2B sales experience, including cold calling, preferably in IT, professional services, or technology-related industries.
- Prior experience prospecting for IT or technology solutions is strongly preferred.
- Proficiency with CRM and sales enablement/automation tools such as HubSpot, ZoomInfo, and Apollo.
