Overview

Appara is an integrated legal services application designed to enhance productivity for legal practice teams. Built on a proprietary automation engine and strategic integrations, Appara simplifies workflows for users like Office 365, Quickbooks, DocuSign, and AdobeSign. The company is currently seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) to support its Canadian sales efforts.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and refine ideal customer personas for Appara’s legal software.
  • Leverage both inbound and outbound methods to identify potential customers.
  • Initiate targeted email campaigns to schedule discovery calls.
  • Understand customer needs and goals to align them with the appropriate solution or internal teams.
  • Follow up with potential customers to arrange or facilitate sales-driven calls.
  • Ensure a consistent customer experience by reaching out multiple times to each lead.
  • Monitor and follow up with passed leads to maintain momentum.
  • Work with Account Executives to ensure timely demos and move leads into trials.

What You’ll Need

  • Education: A Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1-2 years’ experience in Sales, Marketing, or Customer Service.
  • Skills: Proficiency in CRM, email sequencing, and prospecting software.
  • Qualities: Collaborative, focused on the customer, energetic, adaptable, results-oriented, detail-oriented, and curious about legal software.
