Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate market trends, competitive landscape, and potential growth areas.
- Conduct thorough research to uncover new business opportunities and customer needs.
- Generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, industry events, and research.
- Qualify and assess potential leads to determine their fit with the company's services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and potential partners.
- Cultivate and nurture partnerships that can contribute to business growth.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create effective strategies for converting leads into customers.
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve or exceed targets.
- Prepare and present compelling business proposals to clients and partners.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients and partners.

Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales or business development within the elevator industry or a closely related field preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Technical aptitude and the ability to quickly grasp complex elevator systems and technologies.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
