Responsibilities

  • Swiftly respond to inbound inquiries, reducing initial response time.
  • Generate new business leads through outbound opportunities via calls and emails.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads through effective discovery calls.
  • Understand prospect needs and pain points, articulating our product's value proposition.
  • Drive urgency to progress prospects through the sales funnel.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to meet company goals and targets.
  • Initiate meetings between prospects and Account Executives.
  • Drive engagement and seize new business opportunities from events.

Requirements

  • Based in Austin, excelling in a hybrid work environment, balancing in-office collaboration and remote productivity.
  • 2+ years of BDR experience in the B2B SaaS industry, ideally working in the Enterprise segment with a complex product.
  • A proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas, with a solid grasp of qualification frameworks like MEDDICC or BANT.
  • Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms is a plus, as is proven success running outbound sales strategies.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and communicate clearly with both clients and team members.
