Job Overview
Our client, a multi-regional Disaster Restoration company, is seeking a hard-charging business development and relationship management professional for their Indianapolis, IN region. Experience in restoration or relationships in property management (commercial or multifamily), hotels/hospitality, healthcare (hospitals, medical clinics, senior/assisted living) is preferred.
Job Function
Salary negotiable, commensurate with experience. The role in Indianapolis IN is for someone capable of building the business from the ground up. Does not necessarily have to report to an office, but office space will be provided if needed.
Job Requirement
- Preferred restoration experience selling to multifamily communities, but selling experience in the restoration market in general is highly important.
- Experience using tools such as Encircle and Xactimate is highly desirable.
- Insurance experience a plus.
- PSA Software experience is highly desirable.
- NetSuite experience desirable.
- Complete understanding of margins, financial calculations, proposal delivery, customer care, and overall salesperson communication skills.
- Understanding of construction methods and techniques.
- Self-motivated.
- Able to develop and maintain excellent customer relationships.
- Highly Preferred: brings a book of business.
- Required to do weekly reporting, attend sales calls, document progress, lead, and win.
- Collaborative across the entire business. Not silo-oriented. Team player who sees the benefit of the entire organization.
- Will be commissioned based with salary guaranteed. Commissions above salary once salary is overcome in commissions.
- Must have clear background check capability.
- Sound driving record, and professional.
