About the role
The Business Development Representative supports Westwin Elements’ capital raise efforts by generating qualified investor leads, initiating first-contact outreach, and booking high-quality meetings for the executive team. This role is ideal for a motivated communicator who excels in outreach and relationship-building, ensuring a strong top-of-funnel pipeline with prospective investors, family offices, funds, and strategic partners.
What you'll do
- Congduct outbound outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn messaging) to prospective investors and capital partners.
- Qualify leads based on interest, investment profile, and alignment with Westwin Elements’ capital strategy.
- Schedule meetings and introductory calls for the Business Development Team.
- Maintain consistent daily activity targets for outreach volume, conversations, and booked appointments.
- Manage CRM entries, update pipeline stages, and track engagement metrics.
- Support Business Development Team by providing pre-call context, background notes, and follow-up coordination.
- Collaborate with the capital raise team to refine messaging, outreach scripts, and targeting strategies.
- Represent Westwin Elements professionally and confidently in all communications.
- Assist with event outreach for capital conferences, investor summits, and strategic partnership meetings.
- Provide weekly reporting on outreach performance, pipeline growth, and appointment conversion rates.
Required Qualifications
- Strong phone presence and comfort speaking with senior-level professionals.
- Ability to manage a high volume of outreach and meet daily/weekly activity targets.
- Experience using CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, appointment setting, or investor outreach.
- Experience in capital markets, fundraising, private equity, or investor relations.
- Background in financial services, energy, infrastructure, or related industries.
- Prior experience booking meetings for executives or investment teams.
- Familiarity with investor profiles (family offices, funds, accredited investors).
Pay Range
The pay range for this role is: 40,000 - 50,000 USD per year (OKC HQ)
