About The Position
Tytanium Ideas, a digital marketing agency, seeks an outgoing, people-loving, bright, friendly, and highly-skilled communicator to join their sales force. This role bridges two critical functions: growing the client base and building new opportunities in various industries and locations. Additionally, the candidate will assist the client services team in ensuring client satisfaction and sourcing referrals to close new clients.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and relationship-building.
- Present and speak confidently to build a personal brand and market expertise.
- Manage and resolve client issues promptly and professionally.
- Educate new clients on the agency's processes and systems.
- Network actively to expand business opportunities and represent Tytanium Ideas positively.
- Collect and act on constructive feedback to continuously improve the agency's performance.
Requirements
- Read and understand the position description thoroughly.
- Show excitement about the opportunity and align with the company's values.
- Have previous experience in a strong communications role.
- Display strong emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills.
- Obtain inbound marketing and sales certifications within the first month.
- Be highly organized and detail-oriented.
