Key Responsibilities
- Identify leads and prospect potential clients within target markets to generate new business opportunities.
- Conduct brand and market research to understand client needs and position the company's services effectively.
- Maintain a minimum of 100% quota attainment for quarterly and annual sales.
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Deliver compelling presentations and proposals tailored to client requirements.
- Generate quotes, retrieve information, and signatures from customers/clients as needed to conduct business.
- Communicate with people outside the organization; organize meetings with vendors and consultants, interview customers, make presentations, and attend conventions and other networking events as needed to fulfill duties.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Collaborate with technical teams to design and present customized IT solutions, including managed services, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and IT support.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of services to prospective clients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, opportunities, and client information in the CRM system.
- Track progress against sales goals and prepare regular reports for management.
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive offerings.
- Represent the company at networking events, trade shows, and conferences.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the IT managed services, telecom, or technology sector.
- Existing enterprise/SMB client/customer base in the following sectors: healthcare, manufacturing, finance, legal, auto-dealerships, logistics, etc.
- Strong understanding of IT services, including managed services, cloud solutions, and cybersecurity.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field (preferred).

Compensation
$80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
