About the role
RAS is seeking a Business Development Manager for the Minnesota/Wisconsin territory. The primary responsibilities include achieving profitable growth objectives, expanding the Workers’ Compensation portfolio through new agency partnerships, and strengthening existing relationships.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute tactical business plans supporting long-term territory strategies and growth goals
- Drive the expansion of the Workers’ Compensation portfolio by developing new agency partnerships and building a strong network of professional business contacts
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to achieve these goals
Requirements
- Five or more years of previous insurance underwriting, marketing/business development, sales, workers’ compensation insurance experience, or other related experience required
- Strong influencing, sales, and presentation skills
- Proven decision-making and analytical skills

- Valid drivers' license required
