About the role
Join a high-performing sales team where you'll play a key role in driving growth with two of the nation's largest retailers—Walmart and Sam's Club.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales leadership to develop and execute growth plans across assigned product categories.
- Collaborate with Category, Marketing, Sales Planning, RGM, and DSD teams to build customer-focused growth strategies for Walmart and Sam’s Club.
- Create compelling, insight-driven presentations for customers and internal stakeholders.
- Analyze performance drivers such as distribution, pricing, promotions, seasonal trends, and competitive activity.
- Work with RGM to support budget management, trade optimization, and key investment analysis.
- Represent the Growth Categories team in the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process.
- Support forecasting, innovation launches, seasonal programs, promotional activity, and customer claims management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5+ years’ experience in retail, sales, or business development.
- Experience working with large-scale retail customers, ideally Walmart and/or Sam’s Club.
- Strong analytical, forecasting, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of revenue growth management, pricing strategy, trade optimization, DSD, warehouse distribution, or category management.
- Strong communication, storytelling, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with WMC and Walmart Marketplace is a plus.
Qualifications
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Benefits
- Base salary range: $93,000 to $154,000 annually, with eligibility for a 20% annual incentive bonus based on organizational performance.
