In this role

  • Develop and expand our franchise portfolio.
  • Generate new opportunities and maintain/grow existing partnerships.
  • Identify, analyze, and pursue new franchise park opportunities.
  • Maintain full accountability and ownership throughout the deal lifecycle.
  • Lead the full deal lifecycle from initial contact and feasibility analysis through to negotiation, contract signing, and onboarding.
  • Negotiate complex franchise and management contracts, including renewals and extensions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, park owners, and other key stakeholders, both internally and externally.
  • Support third-party developers and collaborate with development partners to realize new park opportunities.
  • Evaluate current or potential resort real estate value based on capital structure, location, design & layout, facilities, accommodation and commercial agreement structures to maximize real estate owner returns and Landal franchise income.
  • Contribute to the continuous optimization of business models and contract structures, ensuring scalability and compliance.
  • Spend a significant amount of time on the road, actively networking, spotting opportunities, and building relationships that fuel future growth.

Dit bieden wij

  • A salary between £53,000-£75,000 per annum dependant on experience.
  • 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays with the option to purchase additional days off.
