In this role
- Develop and expand our franchise portfolio.
- Generate new opportunities and maintain/grow existing partnerships.
- Identify, analyze, and pursue new franchise park opportunities.
- Maintain full accountability and ownership throughout the deal lifecycle.
- Lead the full deal lifecycle from initial contact and feasibility analysis through to negotiation, contract signing, and onboarding.
- Negotiate complex franchise and management contracts, including renewals and extensions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, park owners, and other key stakeholders, both internally and externally.
- Support third-party developers and collaborate with development partners to realize new park opportunities.
- Evaluate current or potential resort real estate value based on capital structure, location, design & layout, facilities, accommodation and commercial agreement structures to maximize real estate owner returns and Landal franchise income.
- Contribute to the continuous optimization of business models and contract structures, ensuring scalability and compliance.
- Spend a significant amount of time on the road, actively networking, spotting opportunities, and building relationships that fuel future growth.
Dit bieden wij
- A salary between £53,000-£75,000 per annum dependant on experience.
