Responsibilities
- Train and coach new and existing sales representatives on core insurance products and services.
- Work with both in person and remote sales representatives.
- Aid the Agent to set and execute agency production goals.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Track sales representatives' sales and activities.
- Develop coachable strategies to present products and bundle packages to customers and identify sales opportunities.
- Hold sales representatives accountable for submitting 20-25 new business applications and/or $25000 in premium each month.
Qualifications
- Two years of direct State Farm sales experience.
- Currently licensed with Property & Casualty and Life, Accident & Health.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Education: High school diploma required, college graduate preferred.
- Prior sales experience and sales training preferred.
- Looking for candidates in Nassau, Suffolk or Queens counties.
