What is the role?

As a motivated Business Development Manager you will proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the US satellite and space hardware sector. You will work closely with business development, engineering, and product teams to develop and execute strategies that promote our products to satellite manufacturers and other space industry stakeholders. Your focus will be on building strong, long-term client relationships, driving revenue growth, and expanding our market presence in the space hardware industry.

Success in this role requires

  • Deep collaboration within the US space ecosystem to cultivate long-term opportunities and strategic partnerships
  • Experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably within the space or aerospace industries
  • Wide network of space industry contacts and professional connections
  • Experience in direct sales of satellite systems
  • Proven track record of delivering results and meeting expectations
  • Previous experience with CRM systems and Microsoft 365
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
  • Willingness to travel occasionally in the US and internationally
  • Based in the Denver area or willing to relocate
  • US citizen or US permanent resident

Pay

Salary range: $90,000 - $150,000 per year, plus an incentive-based commission structure. The state of Colorado requires listing salary details. The salary will likely be within this range although it may differ based on experience level or other factors.
