Business Development Manager- Product

About the role
In this role, you will identify new business opportunities, build strong customer relationships, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop value-driven solutions that support customer success. Reporting to the Head of Business Development MEC NAM, you will play a key role in expanding our market presence and delivering commercial results.
Responsibilities
- Identify, pursue, and develop new business opportunities within target markets and customer segments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with organizational growth objectives.
- Lead customer discussions, presentations, and solution proposals to support commercial opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across commercial, operations, and customer experience teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.
- Manage and maintain a healthy sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasting and reporting.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities and improve commercial performance.
Requirements
- Proven experience in business development, sales, account management, or commercial leadership roles.
- Strong ability to identify opportunities, develop strategies, and convert prospects into long-term customers.
- Demonstrated success building relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative, and customer-focused environment.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.

Pay
$110,000 – $130,000 annually
Salary ranges are determined based on factors including experience, skills, qualifications, business needs, and local market conditions.
