Business Development Manager- Physical AI
About The Team
CoreWeave is seeking a Business Development Manager - Physical AI to lead our growing presence in one of the most consequential compute verticals emerging today. You'll join a high-impact partnerships organization working at the intersection of robotics, autonomous systems, and AI infrastructure, partnering closely with Product, Engineering, and GTM teams to build differentiated joint offerings with the leaders building Physical AI.
About The Role
Physical AI (spanning robotics, autonomous vehicles, industrial automation, and embodied AI) demands a fundamentally different compute stack than software-only AI. Workloads span large-scale simulation, synthetic data generation, foundation model training for perception and planning, and real-time edge inference. CoreWeave is positioned as the infrastructure backbone for this stack, and this role is central to building the partner ecosystem that makes that happen.
Key Responsibilities
Own and lead strategic partnerships with Physical AI platform companies, robotics ISVs, simulation vendors, and OEMs — defining joint strategy, product integrations, co-innovation, and go-to-market motions.
Serve as CoreWeave's primary point of contact within the NVIDIA Physical AI ecosystem (Isaac Sim, Isaac Lab, Cosmos, Omniverse, DRIVE), driving deep technical alignment and co-sell motions across simulation, training, and inference workloads.
Develop joint reference architectures and go-to-market assets with partners covering the full Physical AI stack: synthetic data generation, sim-to-real pipelines, foundation model fine-tuning, and on-robot inference.
Identify and close compute opportunities across Physical AI workload stages — simulation at scale, large-scale training of perception and planning models, and edge deployment — partnering closely with CoreWeave field teams.
Actively participate in the sales cycle for strategic opportunities, driving co-sell with partners and accelerating Physical AI pipeline.
Collaborate with CoreWeave Product and Engineering to represent partner feedback and Physical AI workload requirements, influencing roadmap decisions.
Develop and execute quarterly business plans with partners, including goals, KPIs, and joint activities to ensure alignment and accountability.
Nurture strong field engagement between CoreWeave teams and partner sales organizations to ensure active co-selling and opportunity sharing.
Serve as CoreWeave's visible advocate within the Physical AI ecosystem at key industry events, partner forums, and conferences.
Who You Are
Physical AI domain expert: Deep understanding of the Physical AI stack: robotics, autonomous systems, digital twins, simulation-to-real workflows, embodied AI, and industrial autonomy. You can credibly engage with roboticists, ML engineers, and autonomy researchers on technical architecture, not just business strategy.
NVIDIA Physical AI ecosystem fluent: Hands-on experience or deep familiarity with NVIDIA's Physical AI toolchain: Omniverse, Isaac Sim, Isaac Lab, Cosmos, ROS2, OpenUSD, and DRIVE. You understand how these tools integrate with compute, storage, and networking requirements at scale.
Tech depth, partnerships execution: 5+ years in partnerships, business development, or solutions architecture roles, with a demonstrated track record owning strategic technical partnerships in robotics, autonomous systems, simulation, or adjacent AI infrastructure domains.
Robotics and autonomy stack literate: Familiar with ROS2, MuJoCo, Gazebo, OpenUSD, synthetic data pipelines, sensor simulation, and the compute patterns that underpin Physical AI — cluster sizing for simulation and training, latency requirements, and edge/on-robot inference deployment.
Deep strategic partner experience: Proven experience leading partnerships with NVIDIA, with deep understanding of NVIDIA's go-to-market, partner programs, and ecosystem dynamics. Experience with at least one of: Boston Dynamics, Agility Robotics, Waymo, Aurora, Mobileye, Intrinsic, or comparable Physical AI platform companies.
Clear and adaptable communicator: Able to translate complex Physical AI technical concepts for both engineering and business audiences — from embodied AI researchers to C-suite — and build compelling joint value propositions.
Executive presence & GTM savvy: Track record of influencing senior technical and business stakeholders, structuring complex partnerships, and driving pipeline through partner channels.
Demonstrated success working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales to build partner programs and drive shared outcomes.
Strategic and execution-oriented: Comfortable operating with ambiguity, setting priorities, and building structured plans to execute against aggressive growth goals in a fast-moving market.
