Requirements
- An experienced business development professional with a strong background in selling technology services to US-based companies.
- A proven ability to generate opportunities, manage complex sales cycles, and build lasting relationships with decision-makers.
- 4-6+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within IT services, software outsourcing, nearshore, consulting, or technology industries.
- Strong understanding of the US market, B2B sales processes, and business culture.
- Existing network, portfolio, or demonstrated history of successful commercial relationships with US-based organizations.
- Experience selling software engineering services, custom development solutions, nearshore teams, or digital transformation services.
- Ability to independently source and qualify leads using outbound prospecting methods, B2B databases, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar sales tools.
- Experience managing the entire business development lifecycle from initial outreach through contract negotiation and closing.
- Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies and technology delivery models.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and executive audiences.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Native-level or fully bilingual English proficiency, both written and spoken.
- Comfortable working US business hours and focusing exclusively on US-based clients.
- Familiarity with AI tools and willingness to integrate them into daily workflows.
