About the role
AWS is responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest most strategic healthcare customers. The largest HealthTechs are modernizing legacy applications to run on the cloud. AWS success will be achieved through GTM motions selling to Provider organizations to migrate from legacy applications to the new cloud based solution.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a key member of the Philips Global Account team in helping to drive the overall AWS partner strategy
- Have a broad-based understanding of cloud technologies and its ecosystem
- Act as the custodian of AWS Marketplace in your country, driving ISV adoption, listings, and go-to-market motions through the Marketplace channel
- Develop and execute the strategic business development plan while working with key internal stakeholders (e.g. sales, marketing, legal, support, etc.)
- Work with specific prospects/partners to develop the business value proposition for using our services and solutions; educate and enable them for using AWS solutions
- Negotiate and close SaaS contracts with customers directly and via partners, managing complex commercial engagements end-to-end
- Manage the business development pipeline by engaging with prospects and key customers
- Prepare and give business reviews to the senior management team regarding progress against budgeted plan and any potential roadblocks to closing new customers
- Manage complex contract negotiations and serve as a liaison to the legal group
- Develop long-term strategic partnerships in support of the market strategy
Requirements
- 7+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience
- 7+ years of working with Core Cloud Technology Services, including, but not limited to Compute, Edge, Hybrid, Security, and/or Networking experience
- 7+ years of solving problems with technology in the Healthcare/Life Sciences Industry experience
- 7+ years of Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting experience
- 7+ years of working with Enterprise Application Modernization and Migration technologies, including, but not limited to, Mainframe, Serverless, Containers, or Cloud Operations experience
- Bachelor's degree

- Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level
Skills
- Experience as a founder or executive focused on related segments, or as a practice leader or business unit owner
- Experience selling to Fortune 1000 or Global 2000 organizations

Pay
The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
- USA, IL, Chicago - 176,100.00 - 238,200.00 USD annually
- USA, NY, New York - 193,700.00 - 262,000.00 USD annually
