Responsibilities

  • Persuade testing providers that meet our desirable profile to sign up as Fitnescity Partners. You will have targets and incentives for achieving or exceeding those targets.
  • Grow and maintain a list of leads and qualified prospects with support from our Operations team.
  • Ensure that appropriate agreements are signed and new partners are successfully onboarded.
  • Maintain Partner satisfaction with Fitnescity and grow their use of the platform.
  • Help optimize existing processes and tools from outreach to onboarding.

Qualifications

  • You are ambitious, driven, and passionate. You have a strong desire to grow and gain responsibility.
  • You are competitive by nature and have a history of exceeding goals.
  • You must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • You have B2B Sales and/or Business Development experience.
  • You must be able to work in a competitive, fast-paced, and dynamic environment.
  • You have strong attention to detail.
  • You should be comfortable working with little supervision.
  • You have exceptional communication skills.
  • You are familiar with the healthcare and/or wellness industry.
