Responsibilities
- Persuade testing providers that meet our desirable profile to sign up as Fitnescity Partners. You will have targets and incentives for achieving or exceeding those targets.
- Grow and maintain a list of leads and qualified prospects with support from our Operations team.
- Ensure that appropriate agreements are signed and new partners are successfully onboarded.
- Maintain Partner satisfaction with Fitnescity and grow their use of the platform.
- Help optimize existing processes and tools from outreach to onboarding.

- You are competitive by nature and have a history of exceeding goals.
- You must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- You have B2B Sales and/or Business Development experience.
- You must be able to work in a competitive, fast-paced, and dynamic environment.
- You have strong attention to detail.
- You should be comfortable working with little supervision.
- You have exceptional communication skills.
- You are familiar with the healthcare and/or wellness industry.
