Salary range: $199,000-$249,000. Locations: New York City or Washington, DC. Hybrid work arrangement.

We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to spearhead growth efforts within our client's Corporate & Financial Institutions practice. Responsibilities

• Drive successful marketing campaigns and client development initiatives
• Lead strategic planning and marketing innovation within the Corporate & Financial Institutions practice
• Manage multiple priorities and projects under tight deadlines
• Collaborate with a global Marketing & Business Development team

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field; MBA or JD is a plus
• Minimum of three years of professional services marketing and business development experience, preferably within a law firm or financial services organization
• Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns and client development initiatives
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
• Demonstrated leadership, initiative, and high-energy approach
• Strong project management skills
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and familiarity with Salesforce; experience with marketing databases and website content management is advantageous
• Ability to travel as needed for client meetings, conferences, and industry events
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality, discretion, and integrity at all times

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in law firm marketing or business development for financial institutions
• Knowledge of legal practice areas related to corporate and financial sectors
• Familiarity with digital marketing campaigns, rankings submissions, and industry events
