Business Development Manager - Delaware
About the role
Join our NovaCare Rehabilitation sales team in Delaware as a full-time Business Development Manager. In this role, you will be essential to our company's plan for continued growth and building strong customer relationships. You will educate physicians and patients about our physical therapy and specialty services, and generate referrals to increase overall patient volume.

Responsibilities
- Identify and develop referral opportunities with new business customers
- Maintain positive relationships with existing customers
- Educate physicians and patients about our physical therapy and specialty services
- Regularly participate in community outreach events
Requirements
- B.S. / B.A. degree
Qualifications
- Healthcare experience (preferred)
- 2 years of sales or business development experience (preferred)
- Experience in the outpatient therapy setting (preferred)
Pay
Base salary range of $60,000 - $80,000/year, based on experience, plus a Quarterly Bonus Plan.
