About the role
The successful candidate will lead the business development efforts for our defense sector, focusing on expanding our client base and securing new contracts. This role requires strong networking skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage relationships with key stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business development strategies to grow market share and increase revenue
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted outreach and relationship building
- Manage and maintain relationships with current and prospective clients, including decision-makers and influencers
- Prepare and present proposals and presentations to potential clients
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on business objectives and project deliverables
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the defense industry
- Proven track record of successfully closing deals and managing client relationships
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships at all levels
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM software is a plus

Pay
Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually
