Responsibilities
- Lead forward-thinking demand-generation strategies to accelerate growth within the data center vertical and position Thermosystems for long-term success.
- Build and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders, serving as a trusted consultant to increase brand consideration, influence specifications, and drive adoption of Thermosystems technologies and solutions.
- Develop strategic acquisition and account plans, including identification of key stakeholders, articulation of tailored value propositions, and creation of targeted network-expansion strategies.
- Define opportunity pursuit plans that address qualification criteria, competitive assessments, and differentiation tactics.
- Establish and maintain C-suite relationships across 10+ priority end users, becoming their go-to strategic partner.
- Actively engage in tradeshows, industry associations, trainings, and related events, representing Thermosystems as a subject matter expert and enhancing brand awareness among key influencers.
- Deliver real-time insights on market dynamics, including competitor strategies, customer behaviors, and emerging trends, to inform business decisions and strategic direction.
- Set and uphold high performance standards, demonstrating strong individual accountability while partnering effectively across Thermosystems business entities to support integrated efforts within the Data Center vertical.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 10 to 15 years in the data center market is preferred.
- Must have worked at least 5 years in the HVAC market.
- Proven results developing business within an organization.
- Previous experience working within Microsoft 365.
Pay
The typical annual base salary for this position ranges from $100,000 - $150,000 in Illinois. The range displayed represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade which this position falls. Individual base pay will depend on a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Additionally, this position is eligible for a sales incentive plan.
