What You Will Do

  • Possess the ability to prospect for potential new partnerships and direct clients and convert these opportunities into increased business.
  • Build and maintain relationships with new partners and direct prospects through research and networking.
  • Set up meetings with prospective decision-makers and address objections to facilitate successful sales.
  • Attend industry functions and provide feedback on market and creative trends.
  • Utilize ZOHO as the CRM for tracking and recording opportunities.
  • Communicate professionally and effectively with all levels of corporations.
  • Prioritize workflow daily and organize work responsibilities efficiently.
  • Qualify and advance other sales opportunities while referring customers to the "BIG 4" (HR Services, Life and Health Insurance, Property and Casualty Insurance, and Retirement Services).

What You Bring to Table

  • A bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of sales or marketing experience, or equivalent, with a minimum of 12 months of direct payroll sales experience preferred.
  • Experience calling on a range of small business owners to C-Suite level prospects selling SaaS applications.
  • Networking, Prospecting, Public Speaking, Research, Writing, and Closing Skills.
  • Sales Planning, Market Knowledge, and Meeting Sales Goals.
  • Professionalism and CRM Management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
