Responsibilities
- Build and implement territory and account strategies for CGT manufacturing
- Identify and cultivate high-growth, emerging accounts across multiple functions
- Conduct disciplined prospecting to generate leads for new business opportunities
- Manage sales opportunities through the full cycle, ensuring clarity on next steps
- Develop strong customer partnerships by understanding their challenges and goals
- Cook up internal resources to facilitate customer demos and evaluations
- Ensure pipeline accuracy using CRM systems and communicate progress in reviews
- Lead cross-functional teams to successfully navigate complex sales deals
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred (MS/PhD/MBA)
- 5+ years of life sciences commercial experience with a proven track record in complex, multi-stakeholder sales
- Deep knowledge of Cell & Gene Therapies (CGT), including clinical manufacturing
- Familiarity with the therapy lifecycle from discovery to commercial readiness
- PREFERRED BACKGROUND IN IMMUNOLOGY AND/OR CELL BIOLOGY
- Willingness to travel 50-75% as needed
- POSSIBLE REQUIREMENT FOR COVID-19 VACCINATION AS PER CLIENT POLICY
