What You'll Do
- Possess the ability to prospect for new partnerships and direct clients, converting leads into increased business.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential partners and direct prospects through networking and attending industry functions.
- Set up meetings with prospective decision-makers and address objections to facilitate successful sales outcomes.
- Utilize ZOHO as the CRM for tracking and recording opportunities accurately and promptly.
- Communicate effectively with all levels of corporations, demonstrating polished and articulate communication skills.
- Persistently pursue opportunities without being discouraged by unresponsive prospects or obstacles encountered during prospecting.
- Maintain open, professional, and efficient communication channels with both internal and external customers, swiftly responding to their needs.
- Work independently, prioritizing tasks daily and effectively planning and organizing responsibilities.
- Qualify and advance other sales opportunities while referring customers to the "BIG 4" (HR Services, Life and Health Insurance, Property and Casualty Insurance, and Retirement Services).
What You Bring to Table
- A bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of sales or marketing experience, or equivalent, with a minimum of 12 months of direct payroll sales experience preferred.
- Experience calling on a range of small business owners to C-Suite level prospects, selling SaaS applications.
- Networking, prospecting, public speaking, research, writing, and closing skills.
- Experience in sales planning, market knowledge, meeting sales goals, professionalism, and CRM management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
