Responsibilities
- Own and convert qualified opportunities into revenue while building trusted, long-term corporate client relationships.
- Manage opportunities end-to-end from discovery through onboarding and first trade.
- Run structured discovery to understand FX exposure, payment flows and risk management needs.
- Lead solution positioning, pricing discussions and deal conversion.
- Partner with Dealers, Credit and Compliance to execute deals efficiently and compliantly.
- Maintain disciplined pipeline management, forecasting and CRM hygiene.
- Represent Xe at events, webinars and partner activities as required.
Requirements
- 3+ years’ experience in B2B sales, business development, or a customer-facing commercial role.
- Working knowledge of global markets, interest rates and their impact on the FX market (preferred).
- Ability to utilize technology to broaden the reach of the lead generation activities and identify buyers’ intent through the conversion funnel.
- Confidence engaging business owners, CFOs and senior finance stakeholders.
- Strong commercial discipline and ability to progress deals through the full sales cycle.
- Clear communication skills with the ability to listen, discover needs and articulate value.
- Experience using CRM and sales engagement tools to manage activity, pipeline and reporting.
- High ownership, resilience and a collaborative, team-first approach.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field (not required).
- Experience: 3+ years’ experience in B2B sales, business development, or a customer-facing commercial role.
- Technical Skills: Working knowledge of global markets, interest rates and their impact on the FX market (preferred).
- Soft Skills: Strong commercial discipline, clear communication skills, ability to listen, discover needs and articulate value.

Pay
Actual compensation is based upon factors such as the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. In addition, Xe offers a wide range of best-in-class, comprehensive and inclusive employee benefits for this role, including healthcare, dental and vision benefits, retirement plan, paid vacation/sick leave and more. The position is offered with a salary range of $70,000-$90,000.
