Responsibilities

  • Possess and develop strong relationships with small business owners through networking, canvassing, trade events, cold outreach, and referral development.
  • Identify and qualify potential clients, presenting service proposals during discovery meetings.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and activity records using PipeDrive or a comparable CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless client onboarding process.
  • Operate within established pricing guidelines and submit all necessary pricing for approval.

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of B2B sales or business development experience, specifically targeting small business owners.
  • Demonstrated ability to prospect, build pipelines, and close deals independently without relying on inbound or warm handoffs.
  • Strong CRM discipline, particularly with PipeDrive or similar tools.
  • A consultative sales style, asking insightful questions and solving problems rather than delivering scripted pitches.
  • Preferred local market knowledge of North Metro Atlanta, though not required.

About the Role

SDA CPA Group is a growing accounting firm serving small businesses across North Metro Atlanta. We provide integrated accounting, tax planning, payroll, and financial reporting services, focusing on proactive support rather than just during tax season. The ideal candidate will be a dedicated outbound salesperson based in our Cumming office, responsible for identifying, approaching, and closing new monthly accounting clients through various strategies.

Pay

$50,000 base salary
