About the role
United Land Services (ULS) is a full-service landscaping company offering comprehensive commercial landscape installation and maintenance services, including landscape design, maintenance, irrigation systems, hardscapes, and outdoor lighting.
Responsibilities
- Manages the sales process from start to finish.
- Buils, manages, and maintains a robust sales pipeline by developing long-term relationships and communicating regularly with potential key clients.
- Creates proposals in response to bid requests.
- Proactively researches engagement opportunities through public meetings, trade shows, and industry publications for potential marketing efforts and exposure.
- Works with the estimation team to ensure new bids are responded to accurately and promptly.
- Collaborates with other sales peers to develop marketing plans ensuring consistency and accuracy of all business development materials across the organization.
- Keeps accurate and well-organized notes on sales calls and meetings.
- Completes all necessary records and reports in a timely and accurate manner.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3-5 years sales experience and 1-2 years of landscape industry knowledge.
- Current state driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.

- Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Able to travel to respective client areas for meetings as needed.
- Able to work a flexible schedule that may include evenings and weekends.
