Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute growth strategies to increase revenue within the home services market.
  • Identify, qualify, and secure new vendor, buyer, and strategic partnership opportunities.
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospective business opportunities.
  • Lead contract negotiations and partnership discussions to establish long-term business relationships.
  • Grow existing accounts by identifying cross-selling, upselling, and expansion opportunities.
  • Foster strong partner relationships to drive retention and repeat business.
  • Source, recruit, and onboard affiliate partners and new traffic sources.
  • Develop partnership programs that drive lead volume and overall business performance.
  • Evaluate and optimize commission structures, incentives, and partner engagement strategies.
  • Monitor affiliate performance and identify opportunities to improve ROI and profitability.
  • Strengthen relationships with key affiliates to maximize long-term value.
  • Implement scalable sales and partnership strategies that support long-term business objectives.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop sales materials, campaigns, and lead-generation initiatives.
  • Partner with product and technology teams to enhance lead flow, tracking systems, and platform functionality.
  • Provide recommendations for process improvements, operational efficiencies, and scalability.
  • Ensure alignment across departments to support growth objectives and partner success.
  • Stay informed on trends, competitive developments, and emerging opportunities within the home services, lead generation, and performance marketing industries.
  • Represent the organization at conferences, trade shows, networking events, and industry functions.
  • Deliver market intelligence and strategic recommendations to executive leadership.
  • Identify new growth channels and partnership opportunities that support expansion goals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, partnerships, or account management.
  • Prior experience within home services, lead generation, affiliate marketing, or performance marketing environments is highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in closing high-value partnerships and achieving revenue growth targets.
  • Strong contract negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience leading, coaching, or managing teams is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and strategic planning abilities.
  • Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for driving results.
  • Comfortable traveling for client meetings, conferences, and industry events as needed.
