Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in software development and project management.
• Proven ability to manage and mentor a team of developers.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various departments.
• Ability to lead meetings, provide feedback, and motivate a team.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
• Experience with DevOps practices and cloud technologies (AWS, Azure).
• Knowledge of data analytics and machine learning principles.
• Experience with project management tools like Asana or Monday.com.
• Understanding of software architecture and design patterns.

Skills

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, and SQL.
• Experience with version control systems (Git).
• Knowledge of databases and database management systems (MySQL, PostgreSQL).
• Experience with front-end frameworks (React, Angular).
• Experience with back-end frameworks (Node.js, Django).
• Experience with continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD).
• Experience with API development and RESTful services.
• Experience with security best practices and compliance standards (PCI-DSS, HIPAA).

Pay
