Business Development Manager

Responsibilities
- Grow the company's air and ocean freight business/services in line with the sales strategy.
- Serve as the primary sales contact for assigned customers.
- Find, develop, and qualify leads, converting them into prospects and customers through the sales process.
- Manage a sales pipeline to achieve agreed growth targets.
- Engage in customer interactions, building relationships, making calls, and closing deals.
- Drive the business and increase the company's revenue, market share, and profitability.
- Represent the company professionally, including presentations to customers and participation in industry events.
- Utilize the Global CRM platform daily to document sales activity and relevant customer business details.
Requirements
- Thai national with a Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in Sales or business development within the freight forwarding industry.
- A strong command of English (both speaking and writing).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Pleasant personality, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Results-oriented, collaborative, dedicated, and able to work under pressure.
- Ability to build business relationships at all levels.
- Well-organized, quick learner, and service-minded.
- Strategic thinking, analytical skills, and awareness of market trends.
- Good presentation and negotiation skills.
Qualifications
Business qualifications, including a Bachelor’s degree, are required. Experience in sales or business development within the freight forwarding industry is essential, with a minimum of 3-5 years. Fluency in English is necessary, both spoken and written. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is expected. A pleasant personality, effective communication, and interpersonal skills are crucial. Results-driven, collaborative, and dedicated individuals are preferred. The ability to build business relationships and a strategic mindset are also important. Additionally, candidates should be well-organized, quick learners, and service-minded. Awareness of market trends and strong presentation and negotiation skills are beneficial.
