Responsibilities

  • Grow the company's air and ocean freight business/services in line with the sales strategy.
  • Serve as the primary sales contact for assigned customers.
  • Find, develop, and qualify leads, converting them into prospects and customers through the sales process.
  • Manage a sales pipeline to achieve agreed growth targets.
  • Engage in customer interactions, building relationships, making calls, and closing deals.
  • Drive the business and increase the company's revenue, market share, and profitability.
  • Represent the company professionally, including presentations to customers and participation in industry events.
  • Utilize the Global CRM platform daily to document sales activity and relevant customer business details.

Requirements

  • Thai national with a Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in Sales or business development within the freight forwarding industry.
  • A strong command of English (both speaking and writing).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Pleasant personality, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Results-oriented, collaborative, dedicated, and able to work under pressure.
  • Ability to build business relationships at all levels.
  • Well-organized, quick learner, and service-minded.
  • Strategic thinking, analytical skills, and awareness of market trends.
  • Good presentation and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

Business qualifications, including a Bachelor’s degree, are required. Experience in sales or business development within the freight forwarding industry is essential, with a minimum of 3-5 years. Fluency in English is necessary, both spoken and written. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is expected. A pleasant personality, effective communication, and interpersonal skills are crucial. Results-driven, collaborative, and dedicated individuals are preferred. The ability to build business relationships and a strategic mindset are also important. Additionally, candidates should be well-organized, quick learners, and service-minded. Awareness of market trends and strong presentation and negotiation skills are beneficial.
