Business Development Manager
About the role
We are seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to join our ambitious Jakarta team. You will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities with enterprise clients across industries such as logistics, transportation, agriculture, and construction.
Teltonika’s Telematics business unit develops and manufactures easy-to-use GPS tracking devices designed to enhance fleet management across logistics, agriculture, car sharing, construction, and other industries. By utilizing the latest technologies, we consistently set new standards in the telematics space. Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and acquire new enterprise clients, pursuing high-value business opportunities from industries such as System Integrator, Transportation and Logistics, and Mining.
- Drive new customer acquisition through strategic outreach (cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn prospecting).
- Develop tailored commercial proposals and close contracts to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Build and nurture long-term partnerships with key enterprise accounts through regular communication and meetings.
- Represent Teltonika at industry exhibitions, conferences, and client meetings—both locally and internationally.
- Collaborate closely with product specialists and technical support teams to deliver client-centric solutions.
