Responsibilities
- Develop new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and in-person sales calls.
- Build relationships with HR, Operations, Plant, Safety, Purchasing, and executive leadership.
- Conduct client meetings, facility tours, and workforce consultations.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate service agreements, and close new business.
- Maintain an active CRM pipeline and sales activity.
- Partner with recruiting and operations teams to ensure exceptional client service.
- Represent Our Client at networking and industry events.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of successful outside B2B sales or business development experience.
- Proven ability to prospect, develop, and close new business.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience in manufacturing, automotive, industrial, logistics, skilled trades, or staffing is preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM systems, LinkedIn, and AI-enabled business tools.
- Reliable transportation with the ability to travel throughout Metro Detroit.
Pay
Competitive base salary: $50,000–$70,000
Uncapped commission plan
First-year OTE: $90,000–$130,000+
