Responsibilities

  • Develop new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and in-person sales calls.
  • Build relationships with HR, Operations, Plant, Safety, Purchasing, and executive leadership.
  • Conduct client meetings, facility tours, and workforce consultations.
  • Prepare proposals, negotiate service agreements, and close new business.
  • Maintain an active CRM pipeline and sales activity.
  • Partner with recruiting and operations teams to ensure exceptional client service.
  • Represent Our Client at networking and industry events.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of successful outside B2B sales or business development experience.
  • Proven ability to prospect, develop, and close new business.
  • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience in manufacturing, automotive, industrial, logistics, skilled trades, or staffing is preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM systems, LinkedIn, and AI-enabled business tools.
  • Reliable transportation with the ability to travel throughout Metro Detroit.

Pay

Competitive base salary: $50,000–$70,000
Uncapped commission plan
First-year OTE: $90,000–$130,000+
