Brief Description

Due to Prolego's continued growth, we are adding a Business Development Manager to our Houston office. This person will be instrumental in finding Program Management and Owners Rep opportunities across the United States. This person will be well-connected, a master networker, and great at opening doors with clients building projects in the $25 million - $500 million range. Experience with Education, Aviation, Pharmaceutical, and Medical projects is a huge plus.

Responsibilities

  • Understand Prolego’s target markets, resources, and services
  • Identify business opportunities in targeted markets consistent with our business strategy
  • Develop specific client and opportunity strategies
  • Lead Go/No Go discussions
  • Lead team effort to position for targeted pursuits
  • Identify and effectively participate in industry networking opportunities
  • Identify target clients and opportunities
  • Meet with potential clients to understand potential opportunities
  • Meet with decision makers and influencers to understand client needs/objectives
  • Lead Proposal and Interview Preparation
