About the role
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities for SFI’s outsourced sales and customer acquisition services. This is a true full-cycle sales role focused on engaging executive-level decision-makers and building long-term strategic partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Possess and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through contract execution
- Identify key decision-makers and engage with C-level executives across multiple industries
- Conduct discovery calls and consultative sales presentations to understand client objectives and pain points
- Develop customized solutions and proposals aligned with client growth initiatives
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and service agreements
- Maintain accurate pipeline activity and forecasting within HubSpot CRM
- Collaborate with executive leadership, recruiting, and operations teams to support client launch readiness
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals
Qualifications
- 3+ years of B2B sales or business development experience
- Experience selling professional services, outsourced services, staffing, SaaS, marketing, or consultative solutions preferred
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Comfortable speaking with senior-level executives and business owners
- Ability to manage multiple opportunities and sales cycles simultaneously
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-oriented
- Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and virtual meeting platforms
